Ms. Kuester joined Lagoon Water Solutions in November of 2018 as the Director of Human Resources. Previously, Ms. Kuester served as Employee Relations and Compliance Specialist at Chesapeake Energy, and as US Land Field Operations Business Partner at Baker Hughes. Ms. Kuester served 10 years in the US Army where she held numerous leadership positions while working as a Czechoslovakian Linguist. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior from Rollins College and attended graduate school at the Hamilton Holt School of Business.
