Mr. Hoover joined Lagoon Water Solutions in December of 2018 as the VP of Business Development. Previously, Mr. Hoover served as Business Development Director for Rangeland Energy focused on the growth and development of the RIO System in the Permian Basin, as well as, the STEPS terminal in Corpus Christi, TX. Prior to Rangeland, Mr. Hoover served as the Country and Business Development Manager for Dynamic Industries International, based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from St. Mary’s University and a Master of Science in Technology Commercialization from the McComb’s School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
